1. 7-Day Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or has quality issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Once returned, you may choose a free replacement (we cover all shipping costs both ways) or a full refund.
2. 14-Day Returns for Unopened Items
Changed your mind? You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with all accessories intact. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Returns will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened, damaged, or if any accessories are missing.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or any pierced jewelry unless faulty.
3. What Defects Are Covered
Defects include manufacturing flaws such as chain breakage, clasp failure, or discoloration within the warranty period. Normal wear and tear, scratches from daily use, or damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications are not covered.
